On-farm disinfection

Highlighting that the process of cleaning and disinfection is a fundamental tool in the control of microorganisms, of importance in animal health and public health, we are facing a severe problem since, in recent times, we are obtaining a high resistance to microorganisms to authorised disinfectants, and therefore, a perpetuation of microorganisms at field level. In addition, the use of the most effective disinfectants on-farm is becoming more and more restricted. In your opinion, where should cleaning and disinfection protocols be directed to prevent the perpetuation of pathogenic micro-organisms on our farms?
