Project Communication with students in Ghent University

On March 17th Arthi Amalraj from UGENT presented project NetPoulSafe to veterinary science students from UGENT.

She discusses here the tasks, goals and networking aims of the project and describes the Biocheck.ugent scoring system developed to measure biosecurity in poultry production (breeders, ducks, turkey, free-range layers and free-range broilers). She also describes how this tool can be used during “veterinary coaching” – a supporting measure that is being tested in the framework of the project.
