NetPoulSafe partners met in Varsaw on October 3 and 4 2022, the. This was the first physical meeting without any COVID restriction that was held from the beginning of the projet. A real opportunity for NetPoulSafe partners to feel the team spirit and discuss the last progress of NetPoulSafe project as well as to enjoy the warm welcome of our polish hosts.
NetPoulSafe project started two years ago, but except the hybrid meeting in Padova in March 22, the NetPoulsafe team had not has the opportunity to meet physically until now. So this meeting was really expected by the partners, looking forward to meeting each other in real life.
The first project results have been presented, and the way to disseminate them in the coming weeks has been discussed. Very interesting data about the biosecurity practices have been gathered, especially about those which are not always implemented and why, and what supporting measures are successfull and/or required, in the different participating countries.
The validation phase in pilots farms in progressing, the supportive measures tested most often being farmers coaching, and the first dissemination materials are about to be disseminated. Stay tuned !
After the meeting, the team enjoyed a nice visit of Warsaw. Thanks to the warm welcome of our polish hosts, every participant could take back home a sample of delicious polish samples.
The next meeting will be hold in Spain, on March 2023.
