Hi Jeroen, in France we have the PULSE tool for fattening ducks, for foie gras ducks, and for free-range broilers .

These are Excel files that the farmer fills up with his vet or technician, to make an asessement of the biosecurity on his farm.

There is also a mobile app called EVA that checks the compliance of poultry farms with the sanitary chart (there is a part about biosecurity), available for android and Iphone.
