The coach is there to mirror, evaluate progress and strengthen cooperation. And plays a role in that each adivsor can ‘safely’ provide input. The coach tries to create an open-minded setting. In principle, he/she will not interfere in the content of what is discussed, but will mirror and guide the process and ensure that the triangle functions optimally.
