In Spain, official veterinarians use a survey model within the national Salmonella control programme for broilers, layers, breeders and turkeys to detect risk factors for the entry of Salmonella (on-site and documentary audit): Pages 7-9 pages 6-8 pages 6-8 Pages 6-8. In CECAV we use this survey to carry out a comparative study of layer farms called BIOPON.
