The World Veterinary Poultry Association (WVPA) Congress 2023 was held in Verona, Italy, from 4th to 6th September 2023. NetPoulSafe partners were present in large numbers to communicate and disseminate our results !
The Joint International Congress on Animal Sciences 2023 took place on August 30th 2023, where we were glad to disseminate the project’s results.
NetPoulSafe partners met in Valencia (Spain) on March 8 and 9th, 2023. A great moment for team building, and a great opportunity to discuss about the progress of the NetPoulSafe project.
The Belgian and Dutch animal health, epidemiology and economics associations(VEE, VEEC, AESA) together co-organized an exchange event on the 20th of October 2022 at Wageningen.
On March 28th, 2023 at 17:00, the second free webinar of the NetPoulSafe project will take place. We will discuss about Hygiene lock and farm zoning as biosecurity measures and about the Biocheck.ugent risk-based scoring tool.
On the 16th February 2023, 2 NetPoulSafe posters were presented by Ugent at the ArMoR cluster, at Wageningen University. Project NetPoulSafe was voted by the participants as the second promising solution to fight AMR.
On February 14th, 2023 at 17:00, the first free webinar of the NetPoulSafe project will take place. In this seminar will talk about Avian Influenza: Current Situation and Challenges in Europe.
The NetPoulSafe YouTube channel has been launched : it will gather videos and podcasts dedicated to biosecurity in poultry, created thanks to the NetPoulSafe project.
The first conclusions of the data collection study about implementation of the biosecurity practices were presented to french poultry professionals at Space and Itavi technical days.
Our next discussion moment on the NetPoulSafe forum on january 19th will host Heleen Prinsen, specialist on animal health and welfare at LTO (NL). She will explain and discuss how farmer coaching can help to improve biosecurity in farms.
The NetPoulSafe knowledge reservoir is now online, and ready to be filled up with the first dissemination documents produced by NetPoulSafe partners.
